Scope:

The Miles Elementary School project consists of a complete renovation, code upgrade, ADA upgrade, electrical and mechanical upgrade to the existing 60,000 Sq. Ft. elementary school. Renovations also include a comprehensive modernization of all bathroom facilities and exterior facades. Several buildings will receive new roofs as well as replacement of existing BARD HVAC units. When the project is complete, the campus will be completely transformed into a modern day school facility.

The project was separated into three phases, spring, summer, and fall so as to reduce impact on the school operations.
