Scope:

The Morganwoods Elementary School project consists of a new, free standing classroom building totaling 7,500 square feet The new freestanding building includes four fully equipped classrooms for Severely Emotionally Disturbed students with time out rooms and toilet rooms in each classroom. The new school building also includes two resource rooms, two instruction rooms, a teacher planning area, and related support spaces. The new building utilizes stucco, wood canopies, walkways and a flat roof to successfully integrate with the existing campus site planning and existing building design
