Emory Air Cargo decided to significantly increase cargo volume into Tampa and was forced to build their own stand alone facility in partnership with the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority. The building brings together a traditional block structure and a prefabricated metal building to form one cohesive structure on the north end of Tampa International Airport. Housing both office and administrative areas with a 20 bay warehouse and storage area, the building is over 20,000 square feet.
The project also included significant site design with parking and drainage development for future expansion possibilities.
