Scope:

Construction of four new levels of parking deck (1253 new parking spaces 386,000 S.F.) over top of six existing levels, four new elevators and shafts, modifications and extension of four existing elevators, extension of four stair towers, relocation and replacement of parking control equipment and realignment of inbound and outbound traffic lanes.

The Fort Brooke garage is a 2,523 space parking structure that services the Tampa City Center, City Hall, Hyatt Hotel and other surrounding businesses. Currently, the facility has 1,967 monthly contract parking spaces and 556 hourly parking spaces.
