The Seminole Apartment Complex is a 100 unit multi-family residential facility located in the City of Tampa on a 9.5 acre, urban site, approximately 1 mile north east of downtown Tampa. The Seminole Apartment complex layout is divided into equal thirds. One third of the complex is comprised of three bedroom units, the second third has two bedroom units and finally one third of the units are one bedroom. Some of the features included in the modernization construction documents are complete unit renovations, including new centralized air conditioning, new ADA compliant units, rehabilitation of the community clubhouse, asbestos abatement, completely new landscape planning, total facility window and roof replacement, etc.
