Morton’s Reserve
City of Tulsa

Tulsa, Oklahoma

Morton Reserve is a Pine Place Development, LLC project that is in the historic Greenwood District of Tulsa Oklahoma.

The project will consist of an existing historic 8,600 SF, four level hospital building that we are renovating and converting into Museum and office spaces. The project will also consist of a 47,000 SF, three level Retail and Office building. In addition, the project will also consist of a 144,000 SF, four level Luxury Apartment Building with a three-level parking garage. Lastly, at the corner of Greenwood Place and E. Pine Street there will be a featured park.

The Pine Place Development Team (Team PPD) estimates development of Morton’s Reserve, post-approval, would be approximately fifteen (15) months; Phase I would consist of retail/commercial development, inclusive of open spaces, landscaping, walkways and roads. Townhomes would be developed in Phase II (driven by market conditions).

Total development costs are approximate at this point, pending negotiations and final approved design, but Team PPD estimates total project cost at $21 Million.
